Welcome to Marcrest. Featured on this site is the vintage 1950s - 60s daisy dot dinnerware. Most pieces were finished in
what was known as Warm Colorado Brown glaze.
It's said that Hull most likely produced the pastel colored pieces. The brown line of Marcrest (also correctly spelled Mar-crest)
dinnerware was produced by Western Stoneware in Monmouth, Illinois (for the distributor Marshall Burns and Company of
Chicago).
Marcrest stoneware was available in Safeway, Kroger and possibly a few other grocery stores 50+ years ago.

varied from $1.95 to $2.50.
